In December 2000, Lorman Education Services sponsored a seminar on "Pennsylvania Construction Issues - Payment & Claims
Process." Margaret M. Underwood addressed legal issues
relating to "delay claims." The seminar also
included a discussion with a panel of noted experts from
the construction industry. With the construction boom experience
in Philadelphia during the last several years projected to
continue, the dispute resolution on construction projects
has become an important component of all projects. The seminar
was held at the Warwick Hotel.
