Joel S. Luber, Esq., Of Counsel (vCard)
Joel Luber, currently Of Counsel to the firm, concentrates his practice in estate planning and administration, general tax planning and Orphans' Court practice. In addition, Mr. Luber maintains an active role in counseling clients in real estate transactions and serves as general counsel to many closely held corporations.

Mr. Luber is a member of the American, Pennsylvania, Philadelphia County and Chester County Bar Associations and is a member of the Tax Section and Real Property, Probate and Trust Sections of the American Bar Association, and the Philadelphia and Chester County Estate Planning Councils.  He has lectured at various continuing educational seminars and written articles primarily in the areas of estate planning and family limited partnerships, and the estate tax marital deduction.

A graduate of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, Mr. Luber also earned his LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law.  He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania as well as the United States Tax Court and various federal district and circuit courts of appeal.

Mr. Luber resides in Radnor, Pennsylvania with his wife, Barbara, of thirty years. He is also an avid and tournament tennis player with membership at the Germantown Cricket Club in Philadelphia.
