Elise Edwards Walthall, Esquire is an associate of Jacoby Donner, P.C., with a practice in the areas of construction and commercial litigation.
Prior to joining Jacoby Donner, Ms. Walthall served as a law clerk for the Honorable Phyllis Beck of the Superior Court of Pennsylvania. She received her J.D., magna cum laude, from Villanova University Law School, where she was a member of the Villanova Law Review, Phi Kappa Phi, Order of the Coif.
Ms. Walthall graduated magna cum laude from Randolph-Macon College in Virginia where she earned a Bachelors degree in economics/business. She is also a member of Phi Beta Kappa and Omicron Delta Kappa.
Ms. Walthall has written extensively on construction law and employee benefit plan issues.
