Shana McMahon (vCard)

Shana McMahon is an associate at Jacoby Donner, P.C. where she concentrates her practice in construction and other commercial litigation.

Ms. McMahon earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Villanova University and her J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where she was a member of the Pittsburgh Tax Review.  Ms. McMahon competed in both the Appellate Moot Court Competition and the Trial Moot Court Competition.  She was the 2006 recipient of the Robert Maxwell DeBroff Prize for outstanding achievement in the area of corporate law.

Ms. McMahon has been admitted to the bar in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the United States District Court for New Jersey.
